Bridge-Building Programs
Kaleidoscope seeks to build bridges between LGBTQ+ and faith communities. Part of that work includes educating and equipping Christians to better understand LGBTQ+ people, communities, and spiritual and holistic needs. View our programs for parents, relatives, ministry leaders, and “aspiring allies” wanting to grow in sharing Jesus’ love tangibly with LGBTQ+ people. We work with Christians across the belief spectrum who want to grow in caring for their LGBTQ+ neighbors and loved ones.
Aspiring Allies Mentoring Group (New York City)
Non-LGBTQ followers of Jesus in NYC: it’s time to jumpstart your allyship journey! In Aspiring Allies, you’ll learn from and be mentored by LGBTQ+ Christian mentors in a small group setting. Connect with like-minded peers. Set tangible, achievable goals for allyship in your local context. And be a force for good toward the holistic and spiritual wellbeing of LGBTQ+ people in your city for years to come.

Families of LGBTQ+ Support Group
This group provides support to Christian parents and siblings of LGBTQ+ family members. During our weekly meeting, we address and process topics to help us better relate to our LGBTQ+ child/sibling. This is a safe space to be both challenged and encouraged. There is no obligation to attend each week; no pressure, just support!
When: Tuesdays 8:00–9:00pm Eastern Time
Where: Zoom
*This is a New York–based program, but exceptions can be made for non-locals
Pastor Intensive
A missional training for pastors and ministers seeking to care for LGBTQ+ people. This 8-week training will lead you through lessons with a cohort of other Christian pastors and ministers. Walk away with:
• A Gospel-centered, practical approach to LGBTQ+ spiritual formation
• Skills and tangible experiences to help you engage with LGBTQ+ people and disciple your congregation
• Connection, support, and accountability in an online community of peers facilitated by Kaleidoscope instructors
Where: Online (Optional in-person experiences in NYC during weeks 7-8)
When: Choose from Tuesday discussions via Zoom or self-paced weekly reflections
Standard Rate: $349 per person*
